By accessing or using FansHub ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use FansHub. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will not allow anyone under 18 to access your account
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

• Share content depicting violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Post non-consensual intimate images or "revenge porn"
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Share spam, malware, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform or other users

5. Cryptocurrency and Financial Terms

FansHub operates on the Solana blockchain using SOL cryptocurrency. By using the Platform, you acknowledge:

• Wallet Management: You are responsible for securing your wallet credentials and private keys
• Transaction Finality: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and final
• Platform Fees: We charge fees for transactions, which are disclosed before completion
• Price Volatility: Cryptocurrency values fluctuate and we are not liable for losses
• Tax Responsibilities: You are responsible for all applicable taxes on earnings
• Minimum Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amounts apply (currently 0.1 SOL)
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals may be subject to review and approval

6. Account Termination and Forfeiture

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Breach Platform Standards or Acceptable Use Policy
• Post illegal content or engage in illegal activities
• Commit fraud, scams, or financial manipulation
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Operate multiple accounts to evade restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

Content You Own: You retain ownership of content you create and post. By posting, you grant FansHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content.

Content We Own: The FansHub platform, including design, code, trademarks, and logos, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

8. NFTs and Digital Assets

NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) created on FansHub are minted on the Solana blockchain. You acknowledge:

• NFT ownership is recorded on the blockchain and is permanent
• NFT creators set royalties for resales (typically 10%)
• Buyers pay all minting and transaction fees
• NFTs may have limited or unlimited editions as specified by creators
• We do not guarantee the future value or tradability of NFTs
• Smart contract bugs or blockchain issues are beyond our control

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of your data or cryptocurrency
• Accuracy of user-provided information
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Specific earnings or financial outcomes

We are not liable for:

• Loss of SOL due to user error, hacks, or wallet compromise
• Losses from cryptocurrency price fluctuations
• Damages from user content or third-party actions
• Blockchain network failures or delays
• Tax obligations or regulatory compliance issues
• Content disputes between users

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FansHub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content or activities on the Platform
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Your breach of applicable laws or regulations

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
