Platform Standards & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Age Requirements

Zero Tolerance Policy:

• Anyone under 18 discovered on the platform will be immediately banned
• Creating accounts for minors is strictly prohibited
• Sharing account access with minors will result in termination
• False age representation will lead to permanent ban

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in immediate account termination:

2.1 Illegal Content

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content involving minors
• Non-Consensual Content: Revenge porn, deepfakes, leaked intimate images
• Human Trafficking: Content related to trafficking or exploitation
• Illegal Drugs: Promotion or sale of controlled substances
• Illegal Weapons: Sale or promotion of illegal firearms or explosives
• Terrorism: Content promoting or supporting terrorist activities
• Fraud and Scams: Ponzi schemes, phishing, financial fraud

2.2 Violent and Harmful Content

• Graphic violence, gore, or mutilation
• Self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Animal cruelty or abuse
• Depictions of rape, sexual assault, or torture
• Content glorifying or promoting violence

2.3 Hate Speech and Discrimination

• Content targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, or national origin
• Religious intolerance or anti-Semitism
• Gender-based hate speech or transphobia
• Homophobia or discrimination against LGBTQ+ individuals
• Disability-based discrimination
• Promotion of hate groups or extremist ideologies

2.4 Harassment and Abuse

• Bullying, stalking, or targeted harassment
• Doxxing (sharing personal information without consent)
• Threats of violence or harm
• Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances
• Coordinated harassment campaigns

2.5 Inappropriate or Unsafe Content

• Content involving bestiality or necrophilia
• Incest or pseudo-incest depictions
• Content sexualizing minors (including fictional characters)
• Unsolicited sexual content sent to others
• Public nudity or sexual acts in illegal settings

3. Intellectual Property Violations

You must not post content that infringes on others' rights:

• Copyright: Unauthorized use of copyrighted material (music, videos, images)
• Trademark: Unauthorized use of brand names, logos, or trademarks
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or using their likeness
• Deepfakes: Manipulated media misrepresenting individuals

Consequences:

• First offense: Content removed, warning issued
• Repeat offenses: Account suspension or termination
• Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban

4. Platform Manipulation and Abuse

The following activities are prohibited:

4.1 Financial Manipulation

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
• Fake subscriptions or tip manipulation
• Cryptocurrency scams or pump-and-dump schemes
• Chargebacks or payment fraud

4.2 Account Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans
• Selling or transferring accounts
• Sharing account credentials
• Using automated bots or scrapers
• Artificially inflating followers, likes, or engagement

4.3 Technical Abuse

• Hacking, phishing, or social engineering
• Distributing malware or viruses
• DDoS attacks or network disruption
• Circumventing security measures
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities

5. Spam and Unsolicited Content

Prohibited spam activities:

• Unsolicited bulk messages or advertising
• Repetitive or irrelevant content
• Link farming or SEO manipulation
• Off-platform solicitation or recruitment
• Fake reviews or testimonials

6. Consent and Privacy

You must have explicit consent for:

• Posting intimate images or videos of others
• Recording or streaming private conversations
• Sharing personal information about others
• Using someone's likeness for commercial purposes

7. Age Verification for Content

If your content features other individuals:

• You must verify they are 18+ years old
• You must have their written consent to post
• You must maintain records of consent and age verification
• You must be able to provide proof upon request

8. Community Standards

We expect all users to:

• Treat others with respect and dignity
• Engage in good faith interactions
• Report violations you encounter
• Respect content creators' boundaries and pricing
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

9. Content Moderation

FansHub reserves the right to:

• Review all content at any time
• Remove content that violates these standards
• Suspend accounts pending investigation
• Terminate accounts for violations
• Report illegal content to law enforcement
• Cooperate with legal investigations

Moderation Response Times:

• Illegal content: Within 1 hour
• High-severity violations: Within 24 hours
• Standard reports: Within 72 hours

10. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates these standards:

10.1 How to Report

• Use the "Report" button on any content or profile
• Email: abuse@fanshub.app
• For CSAM or illegal content: report@fanshub.app (emergency)

10.2 What to Include

• Direct link or username
• Description of the violation
• Screenshots or evidence (if safe to collect)
• Your contact information (optional, for follow-up)

10.3 Reporter Protection

• Reports are confidential
• Reporters are protected from retaliation
• False reports may result in suspension

11. Account Termination Process

11.1 Minor Violations

• First offense: Warning + content removal
• Second offense: 7-day suspension
• Third offense: 30-day suspension
• Fourth offense: Permanent termination

11.2 Major Violations

Immediate permanent termination for:

• CSAM or child exploitation
• Non-consensual intimate images
• Human trafficking
• Terrorism or violent extremism
• Credible threats of violence

11.3 Upon Termination

12. Appeals Process

Limited appeal rights:

• Minor violations: Email appeals@fanshub.app within 14 days
• Major violations: No appeals (permanent ban)
• Mistaken identity: Provide verification documents

Appeal requirements:

• Clear explanation of why the decision was wrong
• Evidence supporting your claim
• One appeal per violation only

13. Law Enforcement Cooperation

FansHub cooperates fully with law enforcement:

• We report CSAM to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)
• We respond to valid legal requests and subpoenas
• We preserve evidence for criminal investigations
• We may disclose user information when legally required

14. Updates to Standards

We may update these standards as needed. Users will be notified of material changes via email and platform notices. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
